The
Crop Circle appared at Causewayed Enclosure on 14 July 2001 was
the most important corcle for our research, because it has
enriched our knowledge with news that we didn't know before.
Analysing
the statistic of the last years, we had thought that in the week
between 14 and 21 of July, we could stand a better chence to see
one of the crop circles making, in the fields of Bishops Canning
and near the Windmill Hill.
We
were sure of it. In teh evening of 14 July we were driving
through the street that from Avebury Trusloe skirts the
south-est side of Windmill Hill and than joins up A4 to Calne,
when we see a strange light behind the Windmill Hill.
At
11:00 p.m. we get out of the car. Behind the hill we watch some
white, pink and green lights and we listen some muffled and
innatural sounds from the same direction.
At
11:04 p.m., we begin to film a document that we think to be very
important for the science because in it is possible to observe
the lights and to heard the particulary sound described before. It shows also a bright object
that appeares above the Windmill Hill at 11:10:05 p.m. and than
disappeares in the dark.
At
11:15 p.m. everything finished.
The
day after we descover the crop circle at 6:15 in the morning.
The
formation lies in a plain near the north-west side of the
prehistoric site called Windmill Hill. We think this crop
circle is one of the most beautiful circle appared in last time
because of its complexity and accuracy.
The
construction of the pictogram, that gots a diameter about 280
feet (about 86 mt.) in its external circle, may be realized in
two different ways: the first way is fixing two proportional
modules like a geometric puzzle; the second one is constructing
a geometric progressio with circles: the radius of these circles
reduces itself going to the center, the envelope of them is
taken as directrix on which the whole figure develops.
The
sizes of the radius of each circle are not arbitrary and can be
determined both in a graphic way and in numeral way.
